In the Human Resources Branch our teams are focused on hiring and supporting the brightest minds in Science and Technology in all areas from Artificial Intelligence to Microbiology. By supporting our clients we ensure that they have all they need to find and retain the right people to do the amazing work required to improve lives in Canada.

In the Human Resources Coordinator role your primary responsibility will be to provide administrative support in a wide range of HR areas. You will be greeting candidates from all over the world, represent the face of NRC and play a key role in giving a great first impression to help attract top talent for the Government of Canada. We can guarantee that you will not be bored!

Your Work

  • Providing information, explain processes and respond to queries to the client.

Language Requirements

Bilingual - Advanced

This position requires advanced knowledge of both French and English. This means that you can take on job duties in either French or English, and you have strong reading, writing and verbal communication skills in both official languages. As part of this selection process, your language abilities will be tested by the Public Service Commission of Canada.

You can complete all other steps of this assessment process in the official language of your choice, including the initial application, interview, exam and any other evaluation components.
